Return Policy

INDUSTRIES ITALIA wants to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you may exercise your right to cancel your purchase and return purchased products, within fourteen (14) days from the date of receiving your order.

Purchased products should be delivered to the carrier within five (5) days from the date on which you provided to INDUSTRIES ITALIA your decision to withdraw from the contract.

The products should be returned using the courier indicated by INDUSTRIES ITALIA (BRT-Bartolini), or through another courier or postage method chosen by you (but this will then be at your cost and risk).

Please complete the Return Form available on the website in the MY ACCOUNT / MY ORDERS area, in order for us to provide you with a Return Number (INDUSTRIES ITALIA will send you confirmation by e-mail of receipt of the request of return).

A. Terms and Conditions of Return

If you want to cancel the purchase of your product in accordance with our Return Policy, we ask that you do the following conditions:

A.1 please correctly fill in and submit either the online Return Form through moscaclothig.it within fourteen (14) calendar days of the date of your receipt thereof.

A.2 products should not been used, worn, washed, modified or damaged.

A.3 the identification tag should still attached to the products with the disposable seal.

A.4 the products should be returned in their original packaging.

A.5 returned products should be delivered to the carrier within five (5) days from the date on which you provided to INDUSTRIES ITALIA your decision to withdraw from the contract.

If all above conditions are respected, INDUSTRIES ITALIA will refund you all payments received from you for such cancelled purchased products. So long as you decide to use the courier indicated by INDUSTRIES ITALIA in the online Return Form, you will not have to pay the cost for returning the products upfront.

In this case, INDUSTRIES ITALIA will pay the return shipping costs for you and will deduct the cost of return postage from your refund. The fee will correspond to the original cost of shipping for the order.

However, if you choose to use a different courier or other postage method for your return, you will have to pay for the return shipping cost upfront and at your own expense in accordance with our returns instructions. Other than as set out herein, you will not incur any fees as a result of your request for reimbursement.

You will be contacted if your return will not be accepted because it does not comply with conditions imposed in points A.1) and A.5) of above paragraph. In this case, you can choose to have the products delivered back at your expense.

If you refuse this shipment INDUSTRIES ITALIA reserves the right to retain the products and the amount corresponding to the purchase price of the products.

You will be also contacted if your return will not be accepted because it does not comply with conditions imposed in points A.2), A.3) and A.4) of the above paragraph. In this case, you can choose whether to accept the deduction of reimbursement, it will be notified, due to a decline in the value of products returned, or if have the products delivered at your expense.

If you refuse this shipment INDUSTRIES ITALIA reserves the right to retain the products and the amount shown for the deduction of refund, due to the decrease in value of the returned product.

B. Deadlines and procedure for obtaining refund

Refunds are processed within approximately three (3) business days of our receipt of your merchandise. Your refund will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase on moscaclothig.it.

If you paid by credit card, refund times will depend on the credit or debit card company’s policies. Be aware that the refund date for the credit will coincide with the date of the original payment, therefore you will not be charged any interest fees. If you paid by PayPal (where available), refunds will be credited to your PayPal account and will be visible immediately.

The date of reimbursement to the credit card associated with your PayPal account depends on the company that issued the card. Refund will be credited to who made the payment, in case of a gift. We offer no refunds on any products designated onmoscaclothig.it as “non-returnable”.

C. Products exchange

Product changes are not allowed, you can still return your product and buy a different one.

D. Seals and hang tags

All products sold by MCR include an identification tag attached complete with a disposable seal.

Please try on the products without removing the tag and seal. Returned products without the tag or seal will not be accepted.

E. Couriers

Your return can be sent to INDUSTRIES ITALIA by BRT, using the pre-printed label which you can find within the original shipment.

If you prefer you can send the return at your expense, with a courier of your choice. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to products if you ship your return without using our couriers.
